By purchasing from or accessing LithoVolt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use our website.
These terms apply to all purchases, dealer agreements, and use of lithovolt.com. LithoVolt reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
By purchasing a LithoVolt product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Electric off-road bikes are performance vehicles. Always wear appropriate protective gear.
- You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding the operation of electric motorcycles and off-road vehicles.
- LithoVolt products are sold for off-road use only unless otherwise specified.
- You assume full responsibility for the safe use, storage, charging, and maintenance of your vehicle.
- LithoVolt is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting sales@lithovolt.com.
- Once a shipping notification has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible. You must follow the return process instead.
We understand that high-ticket purchases deserve a straightforward return process. Here is how ours works:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
- The bike must be unopened, in its original, sealed packaging. A bike that has been opened, assembled, or ridden is not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- You must call us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
- Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for arranging, paying for, and ensuring the safe return of the product.
- Any damage that occurs during return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The cost to repair or replace damaged components will be deducted from the refund amount prior to processing.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

The E-Power SkyLeap is backed by a 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty covering the motor, controller, battery, charger, and all non-wear parts.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing or quality defect (verified by an authorized service center), you are eligible for a free repair, a full replacement, or a return. Your warranty period begins from your invoice date (in-person purchase) or delivery receipt date (online purchase).
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage from accident, collision, or neglect
- Water damage beyond the product's rated exposure
- Modifications to wiring, motor, battery, or controller
- Installation of non-genuine or aftermarket parts
- Misuse in charging, storage, or discharging of the battery system
- Use in competitive racing
Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase from LithoVolt.
The SkyLeap is a large, heavy vehicle and ships via Freight LTL service. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details on delivery, freight appointments, and liftgate service.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
- Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Customers waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
