Comprehensive coverage
The SkyLeap is a full-size electric dirt bike. It is big, heavy, and needs to be shipped right. We use Freight LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) service for all bike shipments.
What That Means for You
- A freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Make sure your email and phone number are correct when ordering.
- Liftgate service (lowering the pallet to ground level) is included at no extra charge for residential deliveries.
- Inside delivery or white-glove services are available at your own expense. Contact us before ordering if you need this.
- Some remote locations may not be serviceable by our freight carrier. If your address is undeliverable, we will contact you for an alternative.
Processing & Transit Times
- Orders ship within 1–5 business days depending on the day your order is placed.
- Transit time varies by location, typically 3–7 business days after pickup.
- You will receive a tracking number and freight carrier contact once your order ships.
The SkyLeap is backed by a 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty covering the motor, controller, battery, charger, and all non-wear parts.
If a defect is confirmed by an authorized service center within the warranty period, you are eligible for a free repair, full replacement, or return. Warranty begins on your delivery receipt date.
Warranty Exclusions
- Modifications to wiring, motor, battery, or controller
- Installation of non-genuine or aftermarket parts
- Damage from accident, collision, or neglect
- Misuse in charging, storing, or discharging the battery
- Use in competitive racing

The SkyLeap is a high-ticket vehicle. We strongly encourage you to do your research and ask us questions before purchasing. We are easy to reach at sales@lithovolt.com.
Important: Once you receive a shipping notification, the order cannot be canceled. You must follow the return process below.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
- The bike must be unopened, in its original, sealed packaging. A bike that has been opened, assembled, or ridden cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- You must call us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
- Original shipping costs and return freight costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for arranging, paying for, and ensuring the safe return of the product.
- The product must be packaged securely for return freight. Any damage that occurs during return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The cost to repair or replace damaged components will be deducted from your refund amount prior to processing.
- We strongly recommend purchasing freight insurance and retaining tracking information for your return shipment.
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your SkyLeap arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect that makes it non-functional, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
