Welcome to Lithovolt. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, using, or accessing Lithovolt products and services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and applicable laws. Lithovolt reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Use & Liability Waiver

By purchasing and using Lithovolt products, you accept full responsibility for any damage or harmful consequences that may result from their use. You understand and agree that:

Lithovolt batteries are aftermarket products and may void your vehicle’s manufacturer warranty.
You assume full responsibility for the use of our products and waive any claims against Lithovolt for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
Lithovolt is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
You waive the right to sue and seek compensation for damages arising from the use of our products, regardless of whether they have been used properly or misused.

3. Orders, Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting customer support.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Only unused batteries in new condition are eligible for return.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Contact our support team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Warranty

Lithovolt provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, water exposure, impact, or modifications.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require returning the product for inspection.

5. Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper shipping methods when returning products.
Lithovolt is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Shipping fees for purchases and returns are non-refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Utah.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and customers waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

7. Safety & Usage Disclaimer

Lithium-ion batteries must be handled with care to prevent fire, explosion, or injury.
Professional installation is recommended where applicable.
Lithovolt is not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling or failure to follow safety guidelines.
